...but still keeping the XT!!!

Just wanted to appologise as I've bought (or rather will when I pick it up next week) a Suzuki DRZ 400E for trail use.

The Yam is still close to my heart but I needed something a little lighter for the lanes.

Pics from Ebay:

What do you think?

Thanks, getting it from an elderly gent in Lancs who got told by his wife to slow down, he did 40 miles on it but now wants to back to road bikes!

He also spent 500 on it tarting it up.

I'll put on some more pics next week when I get it, and some more when I get it all muddy from the lanes Twisted Evil

Getting worried ...

How do you define "elderly"?

You see, a person who I thought of as "elderly" would not be riding a bike of any kind, let alone a dirt racer like that. So I wonder if your definition of "elderly" is along the lines of "anyone over 30".

I was very upset when a girl in one of my teams was flirting madly with a customer over the phone. I told her she'd have to watch it, or the customer would be round the call centre to take her out. "Nah", she said, "He's way too old, I could never fancy him." "So how old is way too old?" "God, he must be at least 40!"

This was in the week of my 42nd birthday.

Crying or Very sad

For the sake of covering my a*s the gent is 62 - as I'm 26 I'm gonna stick with elderly in this case but point taken.

Something about "you're only as young as the two 18yr old blondes you have in bed with you" rings a bell Twisted Evil

Took some more pics of the bike yesterday and today.

First one was yesterday - went for a ride to two mates (the ugly Orange bikes are KTM 400 and 250 EXC)

Next is this morning after I spent an hour cleaning it from yesterdays mud. Someone tell me how these things get sooooooo muddy!!!

That's OK then - I'm nowhere near 62. Yet.
